These guys are the real deal

My mother’s A/C stopped working in the middle of 100 degree temps. She called Allied Home Warranty, who is her home insurance provider for service and was quoted $5100. They said that they would pay for half and she was responsible for the remaining balance. As soon as she told me this, I knew something was fishy. Why isn’t she just paying a much smaller deductible?? Well, I’m glad my bullshit-alarm went off so that I could find ASAP AIR Air Conditioning and Heating. I talked to Richard and he made himself available immediately even though he sounded pretty busy. End result, Richard found the part (a circuit board), picked it up, installed it, and low and behold: IT WORKS! These guys are the real deal. Straight-shooters, professional, affordable, and prompt.
